        - added cruise comments
        - changed file names to conform to Exchange specifications
        - added "END_DATA" as last line of all files.
        - changed SECT to SECT_ID
        - changed SECT_ID value from SR1b to SR1B,  matching CCHDO lines
        - changed NUMBER_HEADERS from 11 to 10,  as the original files are incorrect
        - removed blank spaces in units line
        - STNNBR 990: removed this from the cruise CTD zip file because it is test cast,  
                it has no position, the time is not known, and there were two profiles 
                included in the file.
