Flag update for the file you have online (1 to 1 row match with your exchagne format file). I QCed all bottle parameters.
NO bottle flags nor CTDSAL flags were altered. The CCL4 data were too noisy to QC. The methyl chloroform (cl3Etf) was almost as noisy so QC not good here either.
This cruise will be part of CARINA collection so I may inadvertantly resubmit later.

SUM contains bad lat min st. 11 and bad lon min st. 64. Edit SUM file lat/lon. Fix CTD date missmatches.
CTD and bottle were converted to exchange and put online. CTD exchange files are missing the file for station number 68 cast 1. The reason is the original CTD files have a file S68C1.WCT that is a copy of S66C1.WCT, so there's no file for station 68.
Pressure sorted bottle file. Ran wocecvt with no additional errors. Replaced online file with newly edited version. Ran sumchk. Summary file has bad latitude minutes for station 64 cast1 and bad longitude minutes for station 11 cast 1. Intuitive edit is not possible at this time. Ran wctcvt on CTD files. 24 stations contain date mismatches with summary file. 3 stations contain non-ascending or duplicate pressures.
no exchange files have been produced at this time and need creating.
I have discussed this with Allyn and we believe these datasets (for 18HU94030 and 18HU95003) should be released to the public.
ar13 18hu95003_1 is now linked to the public table as "NP" for bottle
and ctd data. There is a sum file, bottle file (containing sal, oxy, sil,
no2+no3, phs, cfc11/12/113, revs tmp, revs press, total carbon, methychlor.,
and carbontetrachlor) and ctd station files, and a pdf doc file.
This cruise is in the list to be sent off to Anthony Isenor requesting
release into the public domain, so public status is pending.
