* IGOSS flags were mapped to WOCE CTD flags: 0 mapped to 5 for missing/-999 values, 1 mapped to 2.
* Changed FLAG_I to FLAG_W, CTDTMP2 to CTDTMP_ALT_1, CTDSAL2 to CTDSAL_ALT_1, and CTDOXY2 to CTDOXY_ALT_1.
* Removed the upcast data at 3449.0 dbar from station 167.
* At stations 48, 56, 91, 135, 190, 205, 208, 211, 214, 221, 222, 228, 237, 250, 255, 281, 292, large offsets between CTDOXY and CTDOXY_ALT_1 were observed in the absence of bottle oxygen data; therefore, both CTD oxygen sensors were flagged 1.
* At station 9, a large offset between CTDOXY and CTDOXY_ALT_1 was observed. The bottle oxygen data at this station are questionable (flagged 3) for reference, both CTD oxygen sensors were flagged 1.
* At all other stations, significant inter-sensor offsets were observed. Comparison with bottle oxygen data indicates that CTDOXY is more consistent with the bottle measurements, whereas CTDOXY_ALT_1 appears uncalibrated and was flagged 1.

1. All of the data labeled NITRAT are actually NO3+NO2. This is noted in the header text, so if the column header is corrected, then the header text should be edited accordingly.
2. I ran all parameters of each cruise through QC. Many flags have been altered relative to the original submissions. In several cases I went back to the PI and got updates (mostly CTD calibrations).
The following files are now available online under 'Files as received', unprocessed by the CCHDO.

Reformatting updated sumfile for AR07W_2006a (18HU20060524):
I have reformatted the sumfile sent by Jeff Jackson on 2006.10.11::
- Edited expocode from 18HU2006019/1 to 18HU20060524.
- Edited line number to reflect stations following WOCE line AR07W.
This corresonded to all BIO stations labeled L3 according to the
cruise report.
- Edited all DATES from DDMMYY to MMDDYY.
- Two time casts were not recognized by sumchk: BD is Begin Descent
EA is End Ascent. Other than those warnings, sumfile was free of
woce-formatting errors. File was renamed ar07w_20060524su.txt
and placed in cruise's parent directory.
I found a few errors that were missed in the 2006 SUM file that I sent you, so I have attached an updated one for you.
