Sumfile was reformatted to fit WHPO format. WOCE SECT was modified frmo AR7 to AR07 and AR5 to AR05, this format completes the 4 bit section name as in other ar05 cruises. There were alignment problems that were corrected.

I have updated the contact information (people.htm) file for Alexey Sokov to include his new address (albeit incomplete) and his new email. I will attempt to locate a complete address for him in the mean time.
I have edited the sumfile to indicate that the third line covered was AR22, not A20 as originally indicated. This action was as per the DPC and reconciliation meeting. All relevant references have been updated to reflect this change.
As per WOCE DPC and reconciliation meeting 2000, the A20 portion of this cruise has been changed to AR22, as A20 has already been completed under the onetime atlantic WOCE cruises.
This woce section id was edited in the sumfile, as was the column widths and headers to reflect the woce format. UNBDP was changed to UNC/DEPTH HAB was changed to HT ABOVE/BOTTOM
MAXP was changed to MAX/PRESS NB was changed to NO. OF/BOTTLES PAR was changed to PARAMETERS Expocode slash was changed to anunderscore. Name/date stamp was added.
On line sumfile was replaced, and index.htm file updated with the new line number designation, and this action was entered into the revision control
system.
