Merged merge_from_4_remove_bad_rows_hy1.csv into merge_into_0_hy1.csv using
``hydro merge botex_and_botex``.

merge_into_1_corrections_for_rb_hy1.csv using ``merge_exchange_bot.rb``.
Merges are comparable with major issues in hydro merge with fill values in some
rows extending into all columns, including EXPOCODE. Slight issues printing the
stamp for hydro merge. Selected output from ``merge_exchange_bot.rb``
