Edit date mismatches in WOCE CTD vs. SUM files. Change flags in CTDs for FLOUR param.
CTD has been converted to exchange and put online.
I have removed the leading zero from station and cast number for all CTD station files in order to conform to summary file station numbers.
Stations 47-53 (cast 1 for all) have incorrect flags for FLOUR measurements and need editing at this time (all missing values have flag 2). This also occurs in station 71 cast 30.
Stations 30, 54, 70, 118 (all cast 1) contain date mis- matches relative to summary file.
Errors will be fixed before CTD exchange is created.
At this time, current edited CTD files replace the previously online files.
Bottle has been converted to exchange and put online.

Files were found in incoming directory under whp_reports. This directory was zipped, files were separated and placed under proper cruise. All of them are sum files.
