I would assume that the full CTD-profiles are most appropriated for the calibration, and I have therefore attached these CTD-data (zip-file) with a description of the data format. However, IMR (and UoB) have several research ships that collect CTD-data, and we, together with other nations/institutes, deliver all of our CTD-data to the ICES (www.ices.dk), and I think that it would be most interesting to load CTD-data from the ICES data base (which is free and searchable) that can be used for the calibration.
