CTD had small problems in the header and an extra line in the bottom of the files. Corrections are online.
CTD has been converted to exchange format using new code and put online.
Bottle file was reformatted. Spaces were filles with -9. Columns were aligned and decimal zeroes were added. Bottle file has been converted to exchange format and put online.
Added SUM, BOT, CTD, DOC to website. Data are public. BOT has some errors.
