- Changes were made so the CTD data could be progammatically converted to CF-netcdf.
- Renamed files to match current CCHDO standard.
- Changed header name from SECT to SECT_ID
- Removed extra comma from Parameter and unit lines.
- UNITS: For STNNBR IS-13 only, corrected units line from "DBAR,,DEG,,C,,PSS-78,," to "DBAR,,DEG C,,PSS-78,,UMOL/KG," as per originally submitted WOCE CTD files.
- CTDTMP: For STNNBR=NS-5 CASTNO=1 only, corrected units line from "IST-90" to "ITS-90"
- Removed CTDOXY and CTDOXY_FLAG_W because all originally submitted value,unit are -9.0,9
- Added cruise, unit, and citation comments.

CTD has been converted to exchange format using the new code and put online.
Station IS-8 Cast 1 was missing a value for bottle number. A-9 was used to fill the spot. Bottle and CTD were converted to exchange format and put online. 3rd occupation flags were removed from index.html file.
