CTD has been converted to exchange format using new exchange code and put online.
CTD exchange files have been put online. Individual files could not be renamed because of naming convention.
Bottle was converted into exchange format and put online. CTD was also put into exchange format. Because of the naming convention for the individual ctd files they could not be renamed with Steve's code, they are zipped in a directory inside the original directory as PR18_ct1.zip.org.
