- Changes were made so the CTD data could be progammatically converted to CF-netcdf.
- Renamed files to match current CCHDO standard.
- Changed header name from SECT to SECT_ID
- Removed extra comma from Parameter and unit lines.
- Corrected units line from "DBAR,,DEG,,C,,PSS-78,," to "DBAR,,DEG C,,PSS-78,,UMOL/KG," as per originally submitted WOCE CTD files.
- Removed CTDOXY and CTDOXY_FLAG_W because all originally submitted value,unit are -9.0,9

Bottle file was converted to exchange and put online. Cast 1 for all stations were not inluded in conversion because of lack of navigational information. The reason this file was not converted previously is because of an error that was not clear in the woce checks. There was a period missing in the sumfile on line SU4842 cast 4.
CTD has been converted to exchange using the new code and put online. Bucket samples were not included.
I am pleased to inform you that the PIs and participants of the one-time and repeat cruises conducted by the Japan Meteorological Agency's vessels agreed to change most of the data status to public.
