    Carriage returns were removed from bottle file.  While investigating wocecvt errors found below, bottle file station RY7781 has missing columns (see line below). Bottle quality byte is a 4, which indicates bottle didn't trip correctly.  Edited missing columns to contain missing values 
(-9).  Replaced all trailing decimals with place holding zeros.
