CTD files had asterisks in missing CTDOXY values. These asterisks were replaced with -9. The exchange files were re-made. NETCDF files were created.
CTD and bottle file have been converted to exchange and put online. No data problems were found in whpo tests. Some difficulty making ctd netcfd files unsure why. Please see TEMP in original directory.
And on your website for PR16, cruise 33RBGP700_1 with Chief Scientist Zimmerman should be deleted. I believe you got this from the Cruise Plan submitted early last year. As it turns out the cruise was 33RBGP700_1 with Chief Scientist Miller. You have these data, but the web page says the expedition code is 33KM instead of 33RB.
Changed all expocodes from 33KMGP700/1 to 33KMGP700_1. Added name/time stamp. Ran sumchk with no errors. Newly edited file is called pr16_bbsu.txt.
Added missing asterisks to OXYGEN column which had none, but did have Q1 word. Realigned the Q1 word. Changed expocode from 33KMGP700/1 to 33KMGP700_1. Ran wocecvt with warnings produced due to pressure inversions. Corrected inverted pressures to be increasing instead of decreasing. Reran wocecvt with no errors produced. Added name/time stamp. Newly edited file is called pr16_bbhy.txt
