It includes summary pages and CCHDO data processing notes as well as a linked Table of Contents and links to figures, tables and appendices.
It is already online since it replaced an older doc of he same name. The older doc was renamed and moved to the "original" dir.

CTD was converted to exchange and put online. CTD files contained no cast number, because the sumfile indicates all the cast numbers are 1, for the purpose of the conversion the CTD files were modified. File 38B.WCT was the only exception for a cast value of 2.
Sumfile was put online. Sumfile was reformatted. Columns were aligned. 0s were removed from the Max Pressure values. Minus symbol was removed from longitud values. Sumfile passes WHPO format changes with no errors.
