CTD have been converted to exchange format using the new exchange code and put online.
CTD file headers were modified. Zipped file in main directory was replaced.

Bottle file has been put into exchange format. In order to run the exchange code, cast numbers were changed to 1 in the bottle file. They were originally in increasing sequentially. Original data still online. Exchange format for bottle has been linked.
