I just put new PDF cruise reports in the following directories:
co2clivar/atlantic/atas/atas1/
co2clivar/atlantic/atas/atas2/
co2clivar/atlantic/atas/atas3/
Since they replaced older docs with the same names they are already online.
Earlier docs were renamed and placed in the "original" directories.
I just put 2 docs for the ATAS cruises in my whpo directory:
ATAS_1982 TAS cruise report.pdf
ATAS_1981 NAS cruise report.pdf
They can go online right away. They are just scans of the original hard copy. Kimberly is typing them, since we both decided that would be faster/easier than trying to use the OCR software in this case.
Once typed, I will make a better set of PDF and text files.

Many CTD salinity values were obviously bad and were deleted.
Joe Reid's CTD data has the same salinity problem. No CTD is
available from ODF. I do not know if the bad salinity data
was in the final PACODF data.
