Sumfile was replaced by new version submitted 2002.01.15. Sumfile was reformatted. The HT ABOVE BOTTOM column for stations 43-58 was made blank. CTD has been converted to exchange and put online.
New summary file has been submitted by S. Wijffels includes previously missing station navigation for stations 43-58. Minor reformatting is needed on this file before it can replace the current online file. This has not been undertaken at this time.
Station 43-58 were not part of the WOCE cruise and so have not been examined for data quality by the PI as per the cruise documentation.
Bottle file has been converted to exchange format and put online. Stations 43-58 were not included in the exchange file because there is no sumfile navigational information available. These stations contain CTD files, chi sci Wijffels needs to be emailed in regards to the missing sum information.
Expocodes for sum and bottle were modified. Expocodes in all ctd files have been editted to match the underscored expocode in the sum and bottle files New files were zipped and replaced existing ctd files online. Old files were moved to original directory.
I have no problem with making the data below public and would like to see it on the cdrom. I didn't realize that it was still non-public!
