J. Bullister discovered invalid coordinates in Exchange bottle file caused by using BO records in SUM file. Corrected by converting from WOCE to Exchange and NetCDF with newer code that used BE records.
We are going over our plots for P11. There is a silica values that I think is incorrect. Can you double check please and let us know what to use? We will also fix the online file. ------ p11s silica station 46, bottle 24 198.1 dbar: value is 0.00 which cannot be correct. (should we replace this with a -9 or is there a measured value?) ------
New PDF and text docs online.
CTD has been converted to exchange using the new code and put online.
CTD and Bottle files in exchange format have been put online.
the P11S bottle data column should be NO2+NO3 and not NITRAT.
Arnold wants to DQE P11S next. I checked with Jerry and it has not been done. I re-reformatted the .sum and .sea files (I had originally done them last May for Lynne). Files p11ssu.txt, p11shy.txt and readme.p11s are on whpo in /usr/export/ftp/pub/WHPO/S_ANDERSON/P11S.

Steve - I have just ftped the file FR9306.SEA to whpo.ucsd.edu. This is the WHP format bottle data file for p11s, sent to me by Sergei Sokolov. I edited stations 17, 38, 45, 47, 52 to place bottle 24 in pressure order (fired with bottle 1). Otherwise the file is identical to the one sent by Sergei.
the P11S data is public. Serguei sent a message to Lynne about the bottle file this morning. The data is correct, but listed in order of rosette position (24 down to 1), rather than in depth order. (The stations in question had the rosette ramp started in the wrong place, so both bottles 24 and 1 were tripped at the bottom).
