Exchange file replaced with update from Rebecca Cowley
Rebecca Cowley noticed that the CTD files (exchange and NetCDF) had the old expocode, 09FR20000926.
Corrected all files to use the correct one, 09FA20000926.
Exchange and NetCDf ZIP archives updated and now online.
Made NetCDF files from Exchange files for Bottle and CTD data. Checked and placed online.
Individual exchange CTD files names changed to *_ct1.csv (was*ct.csv). Rezipped and placed zip archive of Exchange CTD files online.
Minor format corrections to exchange bottle file. END_DATA added on the last line, extra commas removed from headers, time/date stamp updated.
Here is the last version of both voyages I sent to CCHDO. I have noticed that the data from 2000 isn't online yet, and the final version of the 2001 voyage (with the time stamp) isn't available. I just opened these files and checked them, and I've made a couple of more changes - sorry! They are minor, though. The missing flag was set at -9, and I've changed it to -999 in the 2000 file. In both files, the NITRAT header should have been 'NO2+NO3' and I've changed it.
Steve, can you please put both of these files online ASAP? Bronte will forward a copy with the TCO2 and alkalinity for Fr2000 when he's done.
This cruise had the incorrect NODC shipcode (09FR), and I corrected it so the *correct* expocode for this cruise is now 09FA20000926. The old (incorrect) expocode, 09FR20000926, had been retained at a searchable alias.
