The NetCDF file online does not have the DELC13/14 update until the issue is resolved WOCE bottle file created using exchange_to_wocebot.rb (J Fields) Exchange file opened in JOA with no apparent problems Working directory: /data/repeat/southern/sr03/sr03_g/original/2011.11.30_delc13_cberys/

SR03 DELC13/14 data (see 20050104.072139_KEY_P12_00_README.txt)
The file: P12.C14C13.txt - 64322 bytes has been saved as: 20050104.072139_KEY_P12_P12.C14C13.txt in the directory: 20050104.072139_KEY_P12 The data disposition is: Public The bottle file has the following parameters: DELC14, C14ERR, C14F, DELC13, C13F The file format is: Plain Text (ASCII) The archive type is: NONE - Individual File The data type(s) is: Bottle Data (hyd) The file contains these water sample identifiers: Cast Number (CASTNO) Station Number (STATNO) Bottle Number (BTLNBR) KEY, ROBERT would like the following action(s) taken on the data: Merge Data Place Data Online Any additional notes are: Bronte Tilbrook was the original PI for these samples. Actual analysis was significantly facilitated by myself, Ann McNichol (WHOII/NOSAMS) and NSF. I assigned all the QC flags according to WOCE convention. These data appear to be "high qualtiy" as judged by precision. No nieghbori ng data exist for secondary accuracy checks (crossover, etc.) NOSAMS has not yet printed the final report for these data. I received the data electronically from Kathy Elder (NOSAMS) on Dec. 12, 2004.
I have recreated the bottle exchange and netcdf files after making edits to the summary file. It was brought to our attention by a user that the current bottle exchange and netcdf files had incorrect depth values in them, which was due to blank depth fields in the sumfile. Edits made to sumfile were for conversion purposes only and not made to current only version. New files are online. Old files moved to the original directory.
Edited STNNBR in SUMfile to match that in CTD and DOC.
New PDF and text docs online.
CTD has been converted to exchange and put online. Data has been checked with JOA.
Bottle file has been converted to exchange format. New file has been put online.
At DIU meeting it was decided to change all PR12 line designations to SR03.
The corrected, formatted version of sr03 09AR9601_1 has been placed on the public table. All entries have been updated. Depth sequencing and pressure inversions were corrected by S. Anderson.
All the CTD data associated with me should be made public. I thought we had taken care of this earlier, but it appears not. I'm a little unsure how the DQE process is supposed to work. I think only two of our cruises have so far been DQE'd; if your policy is to not release data publicly until it has been DQE'd, then that is OK too.
I've just finished resending all the data for the Aurora Australis cruises au9404, au9501, au9604 and au9601. For the record, I sent them all to you last May, but I guess you were receiving heaps of data at the time. Please consider all these cruises as submitted for WOCE assessment. Here's what I have just sent: 1. au9404 - sections SR3(P12) and S4 107 x *.ctd files 1 x *.sea file 1 x *.sum file contents.doc contents of data report a9404.doc data report cfc_repo.doc CFC report (unpublished document) Note: the 3 *.doc files are MS WORD documents (I ftp'd them as binary files - you can't see the graphs on the screen, but I they should still come out when you print). 2. au9501 - section SR3(P12) 62 x *.ctd files 1 x *.sea file 1 x *.sum file 3. au9604 - Antarctic Margin Experiment (Marginex) 131 x *.ctd files 1 x *.sea file 1 x *.sum file 4. au9601 - section SR3(P12) 66 x *.ctd files 1 x *.sea file 1 x *.sum file 5. big.doc the data report for cruises au9501,au9604 and au9601 (MS WORD document) Notes: * Could you please confirm that the files for all 4 cruises came through okay (I ftp'd them to the INCOMING directory). * Cruise au9404 above is the cruise 09AR9404-1 that you asked about in your email. * Unfortunately I can't help with the Franklin cruise 09FA693 (I only deal with Aurora Australis data). You'll have to talk to Kim.Finney@marine.csiro.au (she's the data products manager at CSIRO) or John Church. Note however that the southern portion of P11 was done on the Aurora Australis (cruise 09AR9391 which has been at the WOCE office for a long time). * Other Aurora Australis cruises already at the WOCE office are: 09AR9309 09AR9391 09AR9407 * I still owe you Aurora cruise au9101 (an old one).
I've just ftp'd a data report to the INCOMING directory at the WOCE office. It's the report for Aurora Australis cruises au9501, au9604 and au9601: filename: big.doc WORD 6 document, IBM-type PC ftp'd as a binary file note that to see diagrams you actually have to print it out I've also mailed a couple of hard copies to you.
