CTD exchange and netcdf files were re-made. In the previous files, many empty lines in the sumfile were used to create the exchange files causing many lat/lon values to be zero. The bottom casts were removed for the purpose of the conversion and all files were updated.

No comments on reformatting in data hist. Change font on index.htm page. WOCE format check btl and ctd files.
Bottle and CTD have been converted to exchange format and put online.

Files were found in incoming directory under whp_reports. This directory was zipped, files were separated and placed under proper cruise. All of them are sum files.
Received 1997 August 15th.
Bottle: (theta, salnty, oxygen, revprs, revtmp)
Found BOT file in WHOI dump directory. Added to website. Oxygen has all -9 values.
