CTD has been converted to exchange and put online. NetCDF files were made accordingly. File S043.WCT was not included because of lack of navigational information in the sumfile. This file corresponds to STNNBR 45 cast number 43.
DOC says only tracers on leg 2 and even then only 4 stations for HE/TR 21 for CFC's BOT exchg needs remaking. Remake BOT exchg. Find out why cruise isn't linking to table page
I have edited the bottle file to contain the correct number of asterisks for each flagged field. Previously, this file yielded an error indicating incorrect number of quality flags for asterisked fields. The problem was due to the fact that the asterisked parameters did not have the correct number of asterisks to indicate that they were a flagged field.
This problem has been fixed, and the file now passes through wocecvt without further errors.
NOTE that station 36 cast 36 and station 39 cast 38 are not included in the summary file.

NOTE that in creating the exchange bottle file all flags were converted to a 1 because of the previously unresolved flag problem. The exchange bottle file needs to be regenerated at this time using the new bottle file.
NOTE Doc file indicates that C14 measurements pertained to A09 only (leg 3) no C14 was collected for legs 1 and 2 (AR15, this bottle file). The entry for this parameter in the database needs editing.

either the website generating code or the database.
Sumfile has minor alignment problems. They were corrected and now sumfile passes through WHPO format checks. Bottle file was converted to exchange format with the following notes: Bottle file does not have the appropriate number of Quality 2 flags, for the purpose of exchange the Quality 2 flags were all replaced with ones. Station 37 cast 36 and station 39 cast 38 were not included in the exchange format because no navigational information was available for these stations.
Quality 2 flags were removed from the bottle file. Bottle exchange code was re-run and file was updated. Station 36 (error in previous RCS) cast 36 and station 39 cast 38 were not included because of lack of navigational information in the sumfile.
Expocodes for sum was modified. Expocodes in all ctd files have been editted to match the underscored expocode in the sum and bottle file. New files were zipped and replaced existing ctd files online. Old files were moved to original directory.

I've updated AR15 (06MT15_1) to reflect the public status and added AR15 (06MT15_2) on the public table as public as well. 06MT15_2 was incorporated with 06MT15_1 and has the same data and shares the same sum file.
