Changes were done to the original CTD files, the columns were slightly off and the NUMBER OBS. column was empty so it was replaced with -9s. The files had an extra empty line at the bottom which was making the NETCDF files create an empty inventory. The problem was fixed. There is a new CTD, in exchange, and NETCDF files were made.
Edited expocodes in CTD file to match those in SUM and HYD files. Added leg number.
I changed 2129/1 to 2129 in the time-code field on line 54, STNNBR=26, of the sumfile.
CTD has been converted to exchange using the new code and put online.
Bottle data has been converted to exchange format. New file has been put online.
Expocodes for bottle and sum were modified.

File contained here is a CRUISE SUMMARY and NOT sumfile. Documentation is online.

Files were found in incoming directory under whp_reports. This directory was zipped, files were separated and placed under proper cruise. All of them are sum files.
