Processed from original HYD file `inp93.sea` (#ce147) and SUM file `90PI19930428su.txt` (#d0cae).
* Converted CTDCOND [MSIE/CM] to CTDSAL [PSS-78] using `gsw.SP_from_C`; removed O2DRTMP.
* SUM file: duplicate station 228 entries differing only in TIME; retained 0406 and omitted 0437.
* Changed the fill-value flag from 4 (original QUALT1) to 5 for:
  * OXYGEN at STNNBR/SAMPNO: 2/16, 2/17, 2/19, 74/12, 176/25, 223/19, 244/1, 255/22, 278/7, 279/17
  * SALNTY at STNNBR/SAMPNO: 222/8, 255/22
* Changed SALNTY flag from 9 to 2 at Station 44 SAMPNO 10.
