With help from Karla and Steve I have created exchange and netCDF CTD files for this cruise as well as inventory file. Files are encrypted at this time as we have no information on any public release for the data. Ivanov needs to be contacted, however only ground mail address exists for him at this time. Web site pages have been updated.
- Corrected sumfile header alignment and content for cruise and WHP-ID.
- Ran sumchk with two stations containing bad minutes of UTC TIME (stations 1007, 1028 contain minutes >60)
-Format checked CTD files with wctcvt, no errors produced.
-Updated index.htm file to reflect these actions.
Ivanov should be contacted to confirm no bottle data will be received. currently website contains question marks for bottle data.
Database needs changing to indicate no BOT (none mentioned in DOC). .jpg stn trk needs remaking. Email Ivanov for PUB status and confirm no BOT and correct times. Remake .jpg station trk
Expocode for sum was modified. Expocodes in all ctd files have been editted to match the underscored expocode in the sum file. New files were zipped and replaced existing ctd files online. Old files were moved to original directory.
