I have unencrypted the whpo ctd files to create exchange and netcdf files for this cruise. All files are now up and online, but are encrypted due to non-public status from chi sci.
It should be noted that this cruise also has one station with no depth in the summary file (station 4323) which translates to a depth of 0 (zero) in the csv and netcdf files for this station it is unclear at this time if this value should be zero, blank or a missing value. Am awaiting answer from whpo at-large and will remake files accordingly.

added place holding zeros to time column for 3 stations in sum file. re-ran sumchk with no errors. added date/name stamp and replaced current online file with new one. updated index.htm page to reflect corrections.
Expocodes for sum were modified. Expocodes in all ctd files have been edittedto match the underscored expocode in the sum file. New files were zipped and replaced existing ctd files online. Old files were moved to original directory. Data still encrypted.
