Cruise previously in ar19_e was moved to f to make room for Russian cruise. This cruise was held October 23 - November 9, 1999.
Expocode is 90AV15_1. Chi Sci is Shapovalov.
Sumfile passes whpo tests, bottle file was reformatted, minor problems with asteriscs under every element.
CTD contains minor reformatting errors. Both CTD and bottle file will be encrypted until 2003.
