Changed expocode in CTD from 74DS201 to 74DI201 to match expocode in SUM and BOT file.
CTD has been converted to exchange and put online. Problems with blank DEPTH values in sumfile were fixed by filling in the empty lines with underscores. Data was checked with JOA and no apparent problems are noticeable.
Bottle data has been converted into exchange format. New file has been put online.

Is there any reason why your data from cruises Discovery 201 and 213 should not be made public? A note to jswift@ucsd.edu mentioning WOCE ISS01 would do the trick.

File contained here is a CRUISE SUMMARY and NOT sumfile. Documentation is online.

Files were found in incoming directory under whp_reports. This directory was zipped, files were separated and placed under proper cruise. All of them are sum files.
Received 1997 August 15th.
I have available the .CTD and .SUM files for cruises Discovery 201 and 213 (the SWINDEX cruises) created from our database. To retrieve the data just ftp to bisag.nbi.ac.uk (192.171.134.7) and change directory to pub/bodc/demg/whpo
Please let me know of any problems encountered retrieving these files or with their contents. They are in WHPO format but please read the accompanying readme's. They should be okay for the coming Southern Ocean Workshops.
