Edited STNNBR in SUM file to match those in CTD file.
Bottle file has been converted to exchange and put online.
-Corrected lowercase alphanumeric station numbers in sumfile to agree with capitalized station numbers in bottle file.
-realigned section and cast columns in sumfile.
-corrected header alignment in sumfile.
-added date/name stamp, reran sumchk with no errors.
-moved old file to original, placed new file online and updated index.htm page.
CTD has been converted to exchange and put online. Data was checked in JOA with no apparent problems.

Files were found in incoming directory under whp_reports. This directory was zipped, files were separated and placed under proper cruise. All of them are sum files.
Received 1997 August 15th.
As per Gould's email I have replaced the current AR12 74AB58_1 with the new files obtained via ftp. Replaced were: sumfile, ctd files, and bottle file (new bottle file contains sal, O2, silicate, nitr_ate_, phosphate, CFC11/12/113, pH and alkalinity data). Data are public, tables are updated.
I just want to clarify (Sorry for the constant replies) that the files we grabbed for the cruises below are to completely replace what we currently have up on the website.
The files recently obtained are drastically different, not just in station/sample/bottle numbers, but in values of other parameters as well (ctdpress/tmp/sal, etc.). Can you please confirm that the files obtained from the ftp site are to completely replace ours or get relevant parameters merged into what we hold now.
I've been looking through your holding of data from the Vivaldi '91 cruises of 74AB58_1 74AB59_1 (WOCE AR12). The bottle CFC data appear to be an old set. I have a replacement set along with nutrients and carbon system variables. I had a lot of problems trying to sort out this data.
There are also CTD profile data files which have correct station numbers. The files you currently store have BODC reference 'key' numbers from the Oracle database. Similarly, the bottle data.
These data were submitted to you by BODC a long time ago, not sure by whom. I am checking other UK WOCE data sets incase. Those I've personally sent you in the past are okay and up to date. Let me know of any problems and sorry for the re-submission.
