Reformatting notes for ar07e_64PE20000926_hy1.csv
This file was sent by Bob Key as part of the CARINA submission.
Previous submission of this file by Bob occurred on 20081002, however
as per Bob, the CARINA submission should be taken as the most recent
version.
This file was also submitted by Van Aken on 20080414, however Bob Key's
submissions were updates to this, having been QC'd.
NOTES:
-Added name/date stamp
-Edited units mnemonics: DBARS to DBAR
-Edited units mnemonics: DEGC to DEG C
-This file contains no time column.
-File already in preferred parameter order.
-New file called ar07e_64PE20000926_hy1.csv
-This file was opened and checked with JOA.
-File copied to parent directory and linked online.
Currently, this file does not convert to netCDF. It appears that
because
the bottle file lacks a TIME parameter our software aborts
conversion. This
may be corrected in the future when the sum and ctd files are edited
and formatted.
Action: Place Online
Notes: CTD data delivered to me along with bottle data. I haven't touched it.
Bottle data will be with CARINA dump
1. I QC'ed all the bottle values (only a very few set to 3, notes at
end)
2. For the bottle flag (bf), I set to 2 except in those cases where
there were no bottle values. When no bottle values I set the bottle
flag to 9
3. I generated a CTDSAL flag (all set to 2), but did not QC the
ctdsal assuming Dave or someone better trained in CTDSAL would be
better suited to this task.
QC notes, my normal shorthand

A few weeks ago I did submit the hydrographic data of the former AR7E section from the year 2000.
Please inform me whether they were reaceived and readable for you. If So I will submit more data
from this section.
