2.0db Salinity changed from 0.0012 flag 2 to -999 flag 9.

7. Same corrections made to CTD Exchange files for Stations 982 and 987.
8. The deepest CTDSAL on the CTD files for Stations 997, 998, 999,
1000, 1004, 1006, 1008, 1009 & 1010 were lower than the 2db interval
values above and were recalculated from the pressure, temperature and
conductivity from the original CARINA CTD data received from Bob Key
dated May 2006.
9. Bottle file units: DBARS changed to DBAR. DEGC changed to DEG C.
10. Bottle file Expocode changed from 58JH19941028 to 58JH19941029 to
match CTD data on-line since 2006 and "Dates: 10/29 - 11/23" in
original bottle exchange header.
11. No cast time in original bottle exchange file. Added "0000" to
indicate missing times. CTD start-down times from J. Blindheim, May
30, 2006, are in the Summary file.
12. Station numbers in exchange bottle file are 34 through 142 whereas
station numbers in CTD files, including Blindheim May 30,2006, file
are 942 through 1042.
CTD Sta# = Bottle Sta# + 900. Positions, dates and bottom depths
appear to be the same. Left as is for now.
13. Bottle data have 21 stations with 2 casts each (53, 82, 85, 87,
90, 93, 97, 99, 101, 104, 106, 112, 114, 116, 119, 122, 125, 130, 132,
134, 136). Cast 2 is the upper 12 bottles and Cast 1 is the lower 12
bottles. All other bottle stations have only 1 12-bottle cast.
14. CTD data set has no mention of cast numbers and only one start-
down time per station. I left all CTD stations with only one cast
numbered 1.
15. The NetCDF CTD file was left out of the corrected data set
awaiting a new exchange to NetCDF conversion program."
