* Removed the empty SAMPNO column, bottle number fallback works ok
* Untangled stations PN-3 and PN-4 into PN-3' and PN-4' (I assume read as "prime"). This involved digging up the original submissions and relying on ctd temp to disambiguate rows. The cast times, locations, and bottom depths were all corrected to match what is in the sum file.
* Having the "prime" in the STNNBR is technically a format violation, but it's there in the original from 92 so I'll leave for now
* CTD data wasn't looked at to see if it had the same "prime" problem
49TU9204_1_hy1.csv and 49TU9204_1_nc_hyd.zip opened in JOA with no apparent problems.
