CTD has been converted to exchange using the new code and put online. Missing lat and lon values were filled in appropriately.
CTD exchange files have been put online. Individual files could not be renamed because of naming convention. 3rd occupation labels were removed from index.html.
Bottle was converted into exchange format and put online. CTD was also put into exchange format. Because of the naming convention for the individual ctd files they could not be renamed with Steve's code, they are zipped in a directory inside the original directory as PR18_ct1.zip.org
