CTD had a small error in expocodes and column alignment. Corrections are online.
CTD has been converted to exchange format and put online.
Bottle has been converted to exchange format and put online. The following station/casts were not included:

STN SU5075 CAST3
STN SU5076 CAST3
STN SU5077 CAST3
STN SU5078 CAST3
Sumfile indicates they are bucket samples.
Bottle file needed minor reformatting, stations were modified to be in increasing sequential order and inverted CTD values were also corrected. Bottle file contains a line SU5079 cast 3 which is not contained in sumfile. This is the only error from WOCE format tests. Old bottle file was replaced and put into original directory.

Added public SUM, BOT and DOC file to web. SUM has no errors. BOT file has a few errors.
