CTD exchange code for this data was re-run in response to email from Diana Spiegal Note that pr17_g_ct1.zip inflates into pr17_SU4708_00001_ct1.csv pr17_SU4709_00002_ct1.csv pr17_SU4710_00001_ct1.csv pr17_SU4711_00001_ct1.csv pr17_SU4712_00001_ct1.csv pr17_SU4713_00001_ct1.csv none of which contain any data. Thanks, Diana Spiegel Modifications were made to the CTD and Sumfiles to make sure data was available for the proper lines. A copy of edited files was put in the original directory.
Bottle file was reformatted. Cast numbers were inversed in bottle file so the file reformatted to make the cast numbers in sequential order. BTLNBR and CTDRAW were blank so they were filled in with -9. File had alignment problems that were corrected. Sumfile was also reformatted, header was completely off so it was remade. Aligment was also wrong so the correct spacing was applied. Bottle file was converted to exchange format and put online. Several Stations were not used for exchange because they are bucket samples.
These cruises' bottle and ctd files have been unencrypted and made public. All index pages have been updated to reflect this change, and all these files still need minor reformatting.
I am pleased to inform you that the PIs and participants of the one-time and repeat cruises conducted by the Japan Meteorological Agency's vessels agreed to change most of the data status to public.
