CTD headers were reformatted, lines had an extra space and expocodes had underscore. Problems were fixed and corrected data is now online.
Bottle file was converted to exchange format and put online. Bucket samples were not included in new format.

Files were found in incoming directory under whp_reports. This directory was zipped, files were separated and placed under proper cruise. All of them are sum files.
