- Changes made to CTD files for programmatic conversion to CF-NetCDF.
- Renamed files to match EXCHANGE standard. Put original file name in file as a comment.
- Because there were data issues with the file in the dataset (798_35MF20080207_ct1.zip),
used the most recent submitted CTD files 10892_CTD_BGH08.tar.gz to update the
CTD data for the Dataset
- CCHDO assigned all CASTNO=1 since CASTNO was not submitted.
- STNNBR: removed leading 0's from the station number to match Bottle data
- CTDSAL: changed units from PSU to PSS-78, values remain unchanged.
- CTDOXY: changed all fill values=9 to -999.0
- Parameter data flags were not submitted with originator data, therefore no flags in Exchange files
- Data preceision preserved as originator submitted
- added cruise, units, and citation information.
