CTD exchange file placed online
Corrected CTD files. ODV added 'DEPTH = ' with no value. Removed these lines from the WHP-Exchange formatted CTD files and re-zipped. Was then able to make a netCDF-CF version of the file. Ready for the dataset.

The tarball contains the original SeaBird *.cnv files. The ZIP file contains the translated CTD profiles (courtesy ODV 5.4.2) with corrected filenames and expocodes.
