The bottle file sent for 33KM200504_1 should not have listed data from stations 26-47 as these CTDs were not collected along PR16. So you can truncate the .SEA file you have to list only stations 1-25.
There's also a typo in the in-house documentation file that goes along with that cruise (gp205.txt). The stations that should be omitted in the .SEA file above were collected along 95W not 125W.
Your most recent submission of PR15's and PR16's are online and viewable at our new site (http://newcchdo.ucsd.edu ). At the moment, it's still a work in progress so please don't worry if you come across some link problems. If you spot any errors in the files however, please do not hesitate to inform us.
The reason I'm writing you is to request some help on one of the PR16 cruises sent recently. The bottle file sent for 33KM200504_1 contains more stations than either the summary navigation file or the number of CTD station files. Stations 1-25 are included in all files, however the bottle file contains stations 26-47. Since we have no navigation information on these stations, they were not included in any of our reformatted files.
Can you provide us with the navigation information for these stations? Do CTD files exist for them as well? Any information you can provide is, as always, greatly appreciated.
CTD .csv and netCDF files have now been created for the following PR15 and PR16 cruises.
Previously, code for generating these files was broken or not working on newcchdo. No errors
were encountered creating any files. All CTD files were linked online. None of the PR15's or
PR16's fall into the missing-bottle-parameters category in the .csv or netcdf bottle files (just fyi).

It should be noted that CTD files and sum file include stations 1-25. However, the bottle file includes addtional stations 26-47. There are no station navigation entries for stations 26-47 and therefore, these stations were left out of the bottle file conversion to exchange and netcdf formats. I will contact Kristy McTaggert to inform her of this problem and request navigation information for stations 26-47. A total of 53 casts at 49 stations were listed in the documentation with no apparent errors or problems surrounding them.

There are files for you on our anonymous FTP site, ftp.pmel.noaa.gov, in subdirectory /ctd/woce/pr15 and /ctd/woce/pr16. In the past I haven't been able to upload data to your site, so I hope you don't mind retrieving it from our site.
During 2005, CTD and sample salinity data were collected during two cruises along PR15 (33KM200507 and 33KM200511), and during two cruises along PR16 (33KM200504 and 33RB200511). In addition, CTD oxygen and sample oxygen data were collected during 33RB200511. There are WOCE formatted CTD data listings, .SUM, .SEA, and an in-house documentation file for each cruise. All data should be considered public.
Cruise plans for PR15 and PR16 in 2006 are also in these subdirectories.
