    3. Used JOA to check exchange file.  Station 246 Cast 2 Sumfile data missing in exchange file. Will not load to JOA.
       Changed Summary File Station 246 Casts 1 & 2 Latitude from "0 -0.00 N" to "0  0.00 N". JOA read okay.
    
       Sta 226 Cast 7 is a Niskin Cast. SAMPNO 28 has errors that were corrected using the GEOSECS Volume 3 printed data report.
