Some CTD exchange files were created with lines in the sumfile that were missing lat and lon values. To ensure the right lines were used for the conversion, the exchange and netcdf files were replaced with a newer version.

CTD was converted to exchange using the new code and put online.
The main directory contained no sum file or a zip ctd file. Carriage returns were removed from ctd and sum file. Expocode changed from 20VDSR_01/ to 20VDSR0196_1. Removed extra spaces from beginning and end of sum file. Aligned columns of data in Sum file to appropriate format. Sum file passes sumchk, but is missing position(Lat, Lon) data.
Changed index.htm to link up to the two new files.
