Edited expocode in SUM file to match that in CTD and DOC file.

CTD has been converted to exchange using the new code and put online. Bucket samples were not used and EN casts were removed for the purpose of the conversion because of lack of navigational information in the sumfile.
Replaced expocode names in ctd and sum file. removed ^M from end of ctd lines. 20VDSR_01 TO 20VSDR0193_1
Aligned columns of sum file in expocode, section, cast, latitude, comments. Added first line of comments (ship name, date). Moved old file to original directory and replaced it with the new file.
WHPO has PUBLIC unformatted CTD files; sum files, doc files but they are WORD files, no bottle data was submitted.
