Sumfile was formatted to fit WHPO format. Latitud and Longitud data was missing several decimal periods. Bottle file has error with quality flags and cannot be converted to exchange for the time being.
Bottle Stations have been modified to match with sumfile. Bottle file has been converted to exchange format and put online. USW stations were not included in exchange format.
On March 9, 2001. An email was sent out to Mr. Frank Whitney requesting CTD data for this cruise.
Entire bottle file for PR05, 18DD9402_1 is now unencrypted (there is no data in the cfc columns).
All the data that IOS has submitted either for PR05 & PR06, or for P1W and P15N can be made available to the public. Most of these data are already archived at MEDS and published. An appendix to the Deep-Sea Res II volume (46) for Canadian JGOFS contains the PR06 T/S, nuts and oxygen data for the upper 1000 m for the 1995-97 period.
It has always been our plan that data would be available within two years of collection.
WHPO has sumfile, nonpub and raw bottle with S/O2, NUTS (SILCAT NITRAT
NITRIT PHSPHT), PI has CFCs and CTD, WHPO has the DOC.
