Found that the incoming file was only a single profile with two data point different from the online dataset file.
This seemed a little odd so I checked the archive, the original submission had a badly formatted single profile in it.
The formatting errors would have been easily fixed by hand, but likely was caught by the original submitter and this single profile was submitted quickly after the first submission.
I've accepted the submitted change into the dataset.

The TCARBN, ALKALI data were received from Bronte Tilbrook, merged by Bob Key. The new flags assigned after QC by Bob Key and Alex Kozyr. The CFC data also was merged by Bob for your use.

Update missing values: Sent the incorrect file last time. This file has the latest CTD data with correct surface values.

Corrected NaN values for flags in station 1 CTD data and filenames put in Exchange format. Corrected ExpoCodes in all files to use 09SS20090230.
Made NetCDF CTD files and all zip archives. Checked through normal QC procedures, made cruise maps from CTD positions. Placed all versions of CTD
data, station maps and CSIRO-supplied PDF documentation online. All data histories for this cruise updated.
This data is an Australian contribution to the International Repeat Hydrography program. As such the (CTD) data can be made publicly available as of now. We will get the bottle data to you when it has passed final QA/QC checks at CMAR. Hopefully this will be completed in November.
