Attached find a better version of data from this cruise than what you currently have online. I've also attached a copy of my README file. Even though the cruise report for this cruise is long, I have not been able to assign names other than as listed in the README.
All of the flags and calculated values are mine - hopefully you find that better than nothing. The file I got had a column labeled "depth". It could just as easily be "pressure" since many of my data sources in europe use the two synonymously. Also, you can't believe the salinity and temperature column headers absolutely - generic names would be more honest.
At some point in the not too distant future, I'll be submitting something like 65 cruises that I'm assembling from the N. Atl. Very few of these are currently listed on your site. Quality varies all over the place. I've done some QC on all cruises and I still working on that. Before I send them, I'll give Sarilee(?) a call regarding format, etc. All have a README similar to this one. A merged version of all these cruises will be posted to CDIAC as the CARINA collection.

I have generated the netCDF files from the reformatted bottle file completed by Sarilee. Inventory file was also generated and web page files remade to link all new files on line.
Formatted the .sea and .sum file for ar12_g. Exchange file needs to be linked, and the web page updated.

Formatted the .sea file. There is only pressure, temperature, salinity, cfc-11 and cfc-12. The original file had cfc-12 then cfc-11. I reversed them and their accompaning Q1 flags. I assumed the salinity was from the ctd.
The pressures were deep to shallow, I reversed them.
There was no cast number or sample number. I set the cast to 1 and the sample no to -9.
Formatted the .sum file. Added the EXPOCODE, WOCE SECT, set the CASTNO to 1, set the CAST TYPE to ROS since the conversion program to exchange does not like UNK, CODE to UN, converted decimal degrees for LAT. and LON. to degrees and decimal minutes, set NAV to GPS since some of the other legs for 06MT39 were GPS.
The original file only had the hour for the time, so that is all I put in the file.
Old pdf file could only be read by Macintosh computers. New pdf file that fixes this has been placed online.
will any other BOT be coming? No CTD will we get? Email Mueller for rest of BOT and CTD. Rfmt SUM.
