No units were in the file, the following appears to be reasonable:
Pressure is dbar
Temperature is deg c unknown scale
Salinity is pss-78
Oxygen is between 4 and 8 so ml/l
No flags are present, but the data look to be of high quality. There is a spike in salinity and oxygen at station/profile 85 that looks characteristic of a clog in the CTD.
