No units were in the file, the following appears to be reasonable:
Pressure is dbar
Temperature is deg c unknown scale
Salinity is pss-78
Oxygen is between 4 and 8 so ml/l
Fluorometer is between 0 and 0.2 so very likely the scientific units of mg/m^3 for the open ocean
The lat and lon for station 181 cast 1 (profile 44) was copied from the second cast (profile 45) at this location as the values were not reasonable (in the thousands of degrees).
No flags are present, but the data look to be of high quality.
