* Corrected neon error name from NEONE to NEONER
* Changed flags of CFC-11 and CFC-12 from 9 to 2 on station 331
06MT20010717_hy1.csv and 06MT20010717_nc_hyd.zip opened in JOA, was unable
to plot HELIUM from the exchange file, otherwise no apparent problems.

I've placed a new PDF version of the cruise report:
a02_06MT20010717do.pdf
into the directory: co2clivar/atlantic/a02/a02_06MT20010717/ .
It includes all the reports provided by the cruise PIs, summary pages and CCHDO data processing notes, as well as a linked Table of Contents and links to figures, tables and appendices.
This bottle file was part of the CARINA collection compiled by Bob Key.
CFC data converted to SIO-98 to match current convention. Metadata edited to reflect change. All times unknown and listed as 0000.
The pH values have been updated. This file was part of a batch of replacements sent as a tar archive.

These two cruises are legs 1 and 4 of Meteor Expedition 50. Both were also part of something they called SFB 460. The README has notes of PIs and processing. I assigned all the flags.
On the first leg I took an unusual step. I interpolated missing oxygen and nutrient values where it was reasonable to do so. I almost never do this at this stage, so there must have been a strong reason - generally something like oxygen/nuts being sampled from different bottles than carbon measurements. As agreed during the WOCE days, the interpolated values are flagged zero (0). This is a non-issue for me, but you might want to discuss with Jim to decide whether or not it is appropriate for CCHDO to retain the zero flagged values. Muus and others there are familiar with my header. All units are WOCE standard. The note I made when I submitted the cruise report should be added to the permanent record somewhere; maybe someday one of the cruise participants will submit a version of the data without the problems I noted.
We have requested the data from 50_3 from Holfort in Germany. We was supposed to send late last month, so it is time I send him a reminder.

I just finished 2 new documents and put them in the "newdocs" directory:
whpo.ucsd.edu/home/whpo/lcoartne/NEWDOCS/
they are:
a02_06mt50_4.pdf
a02_06mt50_4.txt
I've also attached the 2001 METEOR cruise report of an A02 repeat by Zenk, although I'm not sure how it's going to transfer thru ftp and then pine, so below is the website also. Zenk has not yet been contacted about these data, but I will cc you when I email him.
