SUM missing lat/lons. Font needs changing in index.htm. WOCE format checks.
CTD exchange and netcdf files were re-made. In the previous files, many empty lines in the sumfile were used to create the exchange files causing many lat/lon values to be zero. The bottom casts were removed for the purpose of the conversion and all files were updated.

Files were found in incoming directory under whp_reports. This directory was zipped, files were separated and placed under proper cruise. All of them are sum files.

Found BOT file in WHOI dump directory. Added it to website. File failed wocecvt, has many errors.
