- CTDSAL - changed units from PSU to PSS-78
- CTDXMISS - changed units from % to %TRANS
- ALL Parameters truncated to %10.4f since precision was not supplied
- CTDPAR: values scaled by originator to units uE/m^2/sec, which is not a defined unit for PAR in Exchange format

- meta data for fluorometer in orig file is incorrect. H.Barker sent correct info, which
was put in Exchange files.
